3. What is the warranty?

• 1)The warranty period of HV HIPOT products is one year from the date of shipment. 
• 2) All damages by abuse, misuse, alteration, improper installation, neglect or adverse environmental condition,  not from quality problems, HV HIPOT will charge certain maintenance costs according to actual situation. 
• 3) HV HIPOT warrants that the product shall be free against defects in materials of workmanship, if it is properly used and maintained. 
• 4) HV HIPOT promises to response within 24 hours if any questions should be consulted. 
• 5) HV HIPOT is limited solely to repair or replacement of this instrument during the warranty period.
