From July 9th to 14th, HV Hipot engineer traveled to Kuwait for on-site commissioning of GDCY-20kV Impulse Voltage Generator.

 

Kuwait City, as the capital of Kuwait, located in the South Bank of Kuwait Bay, is the most important deep-water port on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula, and the political and economic center in the world. In several days of arriving in Kuwait, they coincided with the Ramadan. In Islamic religious rituals, a very important matter is that, in lunar calendar September Ramadan for 30 days(this year's Ramadan is started from the Gregorian calendar November 5th), all Muslims in the sunrise can not eat, not drink, and some even saliva can not be allowed to swallow a little water into the belly, until the sunset. After sunset, it is free to eat and drink. All people must follow the custom, but for guests who came all the way, the customer treated our engineers very favorably, they can normally diet, just not in public places.  

 

Under the leadership of the local interpreter, and at the high temperature, our technical engineers carried out on-site testing and explanation for customers. Customers bought GDCY-20kV impulse voltage generator to test their impact voltage of low-voltage switchgear. As the test object is low voltage switch cabinet, engineers need to conduct on-site testing of the product to verify the adjustment in order to achieve the best test results they want.

 

Customer learned very carefully, and even asked the industrial computer side of the software one by one. The final part is customer site practice. Due to the complexity of the wiring of the small impulse voltage generator, engineers hands-on patiently to guide them, teaching them how to do the connection, how to use, and how to operate interface. Every detail, every step is to explain in detail, be easily understood.

 

Four days of training soon ended smoothly, our careful and patient service acquired the customer’s praise.
